Join a multidisciplinary STEM adventure starting at the Llano River Field Station in Junction moving down river to places of interest on the Colorado. Participants will learn about factors influencing water and watersheds.
The trip will feature discussions with agency staff and scientists who will meet us on the river to discuss research, methods and technical skills employed in their fields. Plan to get a little muddy learning various hands–on environmental and biological sampling techniques and GIS™ mapping. Evening roundtables will explore a range of topics that change as we downstream.
